I ordered 3 custom rugs from this wonderful seller, who was extremely patient and very communicative with me. Although I encountered some shipping issues due in part only because FedEx royally messed up, the re-shipment of my rugs came extremely quickly. All 3 rugs are exactly as advertised, if not more beautiful than I imagined. They came well packaged, and rolled flat immediately; the quality of craftsmanship is beyond impressive. I love my rugs and would not hesitate to order from this seller again

Even though the product was very beautiful, it still did not fit nicely in the place where we had conceived it. Returning was not an option due to.m the high shipping costs. They have been very accommodating to us. Super!

Beautiful, high quality rug! Surprisingly thick and doesn't even require the rug pad I bought for it. The colors are vibrant and match the image. The shipping was super fast, packaging kept the rain out and it laid flat immediately after unfolding. Would definitely buy again!
