No Refund / Return / No Exchange Policy
Rajasthan Rugs follows a strict No Refund / Return and No Exchange Policy for all purchases.
- Once an order is confirmed and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
- All rugs are carefully inspected and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure they meet our standards.
- Customers are encouraged to review product details, dimensions, material specifications, and images thoroughly before placing an order.
- As rugs are handcrafted and may involve custom processes, all sales are considered final.
- Requests related to change of mind, color preference, size mismatch, or design expectations will not be accepted after delivery.
Payment Policy & Accepted Payment Methods
Rajasthan Rugs accepts payments through the following methods:
- Major Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Rupay)
- Net Banking (Domestic Transactions)
- UPI & Wallets (Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe)
- PayPal & Stripe (International Orders)
- Bank Wire Transfer (Bulk & B2B Orders)

Cancellation Policy
- Rajasthan Rugs reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or policy violations.
- Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be permitted.
- Custom-made or made-to-order rugs cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
Chargeback & Fraud Protection
- All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways.
- Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent claims may result in permanent account suspension.
- Rajasthan Rugs reserves the right to:
- Hold shipment pending payment verification
- Request additional identification for high-value orders
- Report suspected fraud to relevant authorities
Warranty & Care Policy
- Handmade rugs are covered by a limited warranty of up to 24 months against manufacturing defects only.
- Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Shedding or sprouting
- Color fading due to sunlight exposure
- Damage from moisture, heavy furniture, or improper handling
- Customers are advised to follow the official Care & Maintenance Guidelines for long-lasting durability.
Order Tracking & Notifications
- Order tracking details are shared via email or SMS once the order is shipped.
- For tracking-related issues, customer support assistance is available.
Liability Disclaimer
- Rajasthan Rugs’ responsibility extends until the product is successfully delivered.
- Customers must inspect the product immediately upon delivery.
- Any transit-related issues must be reported promptly with valid proof.
- Rajasthan Rugs is not liable for:
- Third-party courier delays
- Customer handling errors after delivery
- Damage due to misuse or improper care
- Claims found to be fraudulent, misleading, or unsupported may be rejected without notice.
Shipping Policy & International Orders
- Shipping timelines may vary depending on the product type, destination, and courier partner.
- All shipping charges, including domestic and international shipping costs, are to be paid by the customer. Rajasthan Rugs does not offer free shipping.
- For international orders, customers are solely responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance, courier partners, or local authorities.
- Any damage during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographic evidence.
- Rajasthan Rugs may assist customers in coordinating with the shipping partner for claim processing; however, liability remains limited as per the courier company’s terms and conditions.
- Rajasthan Rugs is not liable for shipment delays, additional charges, or losses arising due to unpaid duties, incorrect shipping details, or customs-related issues.
