Although I encountered some shipping issues due in part only because FedEx royally messed up, the re-shipment of my rugs came extremely quickly. All 3 rugs are exactly as advertised, if not more beautiful than I imagined. They came well packaged, and rolled flat immediately; the quality of craftsmanship is beyond impressive.
