Easy order process. I easily used PayPal for payment. This is the 3rd order I have placed. Only thing I can’t see the rug texture and color. Hope this order color fits my needs; otherwise I will test their return process.

This rug arrived folded and will take a bit of time to flatten. It’s a bit thin but has a nice appearance. Off-gassing is horrible however when the air clears it should be a good addition to our den.
