This was a waste of $100. After making a complaint that the item was late and had not even been shipped from India, I was forced to ask for a refund, and purchased a different rug. After the refund request, they then shipped it anyway, and I received the item 17 days after the initial estimated arrival date. They said they had covered the duty as compensation, but they did not. I had to pay an additional $25. It was brown, NOT the grey I had ordered, and it smelled unpleasant, so I proceeded to attempt to gently handwash it thinking that maybe I could give it to my grandmother. It puckered and frayed, and this item is now completely useless to me. This was a big hassle for a very poor product. If I could refund it without having to pay to ship it overseas, I would. I cannot in good faith recommend this to anyone.
